writing what you see in the stillness

“Meditation has several phases. It has an active moment of sitting down,
visualising, chanting, whatever means the person has; the stillness of mind,
then action, going out and doing something. It may be doing what you saw in the stillness.
It may be what you saw upon the screen of your mind before the stillness.
The action is as much a meditation as the sitting and the contemplation.”
~Dhyani Ywaboo – Weaving the Vision

start with the candles,
that’s all you need …
candles to invite stillness …
light one, light two, heck light a whole rainbow of them …
then sit in your chair, play some chill music … and look at the flickering candles …
and drift, become as one with your breath, the flickering light and move to centre, to the stillpoint.
Rest awhile, then …

EMERGE …

Begin your Journal writing with the prompt.

“What just happened here?”

“And that means?”
